Well it looks like Vancouver's condo demand continues to climb as affordability (aka something under a cool $1 million) is the name of the game if you want to stay close to the downtown action. Unfortunately inventory is low pushing prices and competition upwards. The strata market continues to "light er up'!!! Make no mistake it's a smoking hot seller's market!
